7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus. Unless otherwise specified, placing a single bet in excess of the maximum bet limit applicable to an active bonus will render the bonus and any associated winnings void.

8.2 Void Bets. q879 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed on a market affected by a technical error; (b) the odds offered were clearly incorrect due to a manifest error; (c) the event is cancelled, abandoned or the result is otherwise indeterminate; or (d) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.
8.3 Disputes. Any dispute relating to a settled bet or game outcome must be raised with q879 customer support within 30 days of the relevant event settling. Disputes raised after this period will not be reviewed.
8.4 Game Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a live casino game or slot result, the outcome of the affected round is void and stakes will be returned. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all electronic gaming titles on the platform.

11.3 q879 accepts no liability for: (a) any losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to comply with these Terms; (b) losses arising from the Player's inability to access the platform due to internet connectivity issues; or (c) changes in law or regulation that affect the Player's ability to use the platform.

12.1 q879 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:
12.2 Voluntary Closure. A Player may request account closure at any time by contacting q879 support. Where no active Bonus Funds or pending wagers are involved, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to AML checks.
12.3 Upon account closure or termination for breach, all accrued Bonus Funds, free bets and related promotional credits are immediately forfeited. Winnings derived from breaches of these Terms are also subject to forfeiture.

13.3 Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.
